Cassie grew up attending the Nazarene church in Montpelier "sporadically", and thankfully the seeds were planted that led her back to NEI as a young adult.
Her family attends Cornerstone Community Church of the Nazarene, where she has been the church treasurer since May of 2008.
Her husband, Jeff, is the NYI President at their church, and they have 2 children, Layla (18) and Ben (16).
Cassie has a license in Social Work, however, she felt the call from God to apply for the position at the District Office to work in ministry.
She has stated that it feels like many aspects of her work/university experience have prepared her for this position, and she is excited to see what God has in store for their family and for NEI.
